THE BUILDER
Geoff grew up in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, A small coastal town brimming with history & architecture. It is here that he developed his liking for craftsmanship and building.
After high school, he trained as an Architectural Engineering Technician, acquiring skills in drafting, estimating, construction management and design. Soon after he was bit by the travelling bug. Whilst globetrotting and living abroad, he was intrigued by the fusion of indoor/outdoor living in other parts of the world. He believes outdoor living spaces are one of the most important parts of a build. After several years of travelling he re-rooted himself in the South Shore and completed the carpentry program at NSCC in 2012.
Since graduating, he has gained a mixture of commercial and residential experience. The driving force of the business for him is seeing how his work makes people happy and the forging of new relationships through the process of building.
His favourite style of house is the classic cape cod and he now resides in Crescent Beach, with his wife Kirsten and two daughters, and has been restoring his own 1840's Cape house.
